“Yes, outside catering is allowed with a $2,500 surcharge. Outside Catering Requirements: Provide proof of a valid business license and general liability insurance. Supply their own service staff for bussing, cleaning, and trash disposal. All food must arrive fully prepared; no on-site cooking facilities are available.”
The catch: $2,500 surcharge, business license and liability insurance required, caterer brings its own staff, and all food must arrive fully prepared. Hard alcohol is prohibited and bar service is in-house.
