Beachside venue on Sand Key for up to 100 guests. Bring your own food — off-list caterers just need proof of insurance 30 days out. Bring your own alcohol too, as long as it isn't sold, with the same insurance rule for bartenders. $3,000 + tax full day or $300/hour (3-hour minimum).
