Outside catering is allowed with conditions, as published by the venue (source, checked 2026-09-05):
“Includes: Kitchen access with licensed & insured caterer, alcohol service with licensed bartending company, and access to our brick terrace and rose garden.”
The catch: Your caterer must be licensed and insured; alcohol must be served by a licensed bartending company (no self-serve BYO).
Historic 1921 clubhouse ballroom with terrace across from Rollins College, holding up to 120 seated or 150 for ceremonies. Its FAQ states you may hire any vendors you prefer, including your own licensed and insured caterer; alcohol is permitted when served by an insured caterer or licensed bartending service.
