Outside catering is allowed with conditions, as published by the venue (source, checked 2026-08-01):
“Absolutely. We recognize the importance of being able to choose your own preferred cuisine. You're welcome to hire any licensed and insured caterer. We can also provide a list of trusted local caterers who are familiar with our venue.”
The catch: Caterer must be licensed and insured. Alcohol is permitted but must be served by a TAM- or TIPS-certified, liability-insured bartender or catering service.
Waterfront Mediterranean-style mansion on 33 acres along the Chesapeake Bay, hosting up to 150 guests. Published 2026 pricing runs $5,500 for up to 50 guests, $7,000 for up to 120, and $8,000 for up to 150.
