Outside catering is allowed with conditions, as published by the venue (source, checked 2026-08-01):
“All bar services must be provided by PROST!! to ensure seamless service and the highest quality experience for our couples and their guests. Outside catering is allowed with management approval.”
The catch: Management approval is required for your caterer. All bar service comes from the venue: under its Missouri liquor licence, outside alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the grounds — including coolers, personal beverages and flasks in parking areas and suites — and may be confiscated.
Lakefront wedding property in the Table Rock Lake area near Branson, booked as three-day exclusive weekend experiences starting at $18,900 with on-site lodging. The venue limits how many weekends it takes each season. Outside catering is permitted with approval, but every drink must come from the in-house PROST!! bar service.
