“With the exception of alcohol, Renters may supply artist catering and hospitality themselves or directly through a caterer that is approved by the ABT Hospitality Manager.”
Historic 1,394-seat performing-arts theater available for private rentals, with published day rates ($1,250 community to $2,000 commercial, plus $650 cleaning and a 5% operations fee). Renters may supply their own catering or use a caterer approved by the hospitality manager ($100 cleanup fee for renter-arranged catering). Alcohol is excluded from BYO — the theater retains exclusive food-and-drink sales rights at events.
