Outside catering is allowed with conditions, as published by the venue (source, checked 2026-08-01):
“Outside catering is permitted. The Applicant must provide cooking, serving utensils and coffeemakers.”
The catch: You supply cooking and serving equipment. Alcohol carries a $150 service fee and a $150 cleaning fee applies to catered events over 50 guests. The quoted wording comes from the borough's 2018 rental document; the current 2025 application confirms both fees are still charged.
Municipal arts centre run by the Borough of Madison, rentable for private events with 100 seated at tables or 200 standing. Rates run $150–$600 for a three-hour minimum depending on residency, day of week and non-profit status, plus a $250 security deposit.
