1840s Greek Revival mansion in Pelham Bay Park with a formal garden for outdoor events — Conservatory $3,000 (30 guests), garden events $7,500 (50 guests). No in-house catering: you bring a caterer, with defined prep and cleanup windows. Alcohol is served through your licensed, insured caterer or a NYSLA one-day beer-and-wine permit. Special event insurance required.
