Outside catering is allowed with conditions, as published by the venue (source, checked 2026-08-02):
“Love our location but have your own caterer in mind? Outside caterers are welcome!”
The catch: A $2,500 outside-catering venue fee covers up to five hours and 150 guests. Your caterer must be licensed and carry liability insurance. The venue's bar package and bartenders are required, so drinks come from Mozart's. Saturday bookings carry a $7,000 minimum, plus tax, service charge and a refundable $1,000 damage deposit.
Columbus café and bakery with a dedicated outside-catering wedding package — rare in that it publishes the full cost structure rather than quoting on request.
