“Do you allow outside vendors? Yes! ... We are happy to work with any vendors not already on our Preferred Vendors list, however all vendors must be vetted and approved by Two Wishes Ranch Events. Proof of insurance is required for all vendors.”
Ranch venue about 30 minutes from Austin with 14-hour rentals for 300+ guests. Outside vendors including caterers welcome once vetted, approved, and insured; caterers must staff one server per 75 guests and handle bussing. Bar is exclusive to the venue's in-house partner — no outside alcohol.
