Outside catering is allowed with conditions, as published by the venue (source, checked 2026-08-14):
“Venue Rental Fees — with approved outside caterer. Same as above, but the additional fees will be applied to final invoice: Outside caterer release fee – +$1,500. Venue manager fee +$45/hour (8 hour minimum)”
The catch: Bringing your own caterer costs at least $1,860 on top of the venue fee — a $1,500 release fee plus a mandatory venue manager at $45/hour on an eight-hour minimum. Crucially, Saturdays from June through September are not available at all without the venue's in-house Blue Ribbon Cooking package, so the peak wedding dates are in-house only.
Estate venue south of Seattle with on-site lodging, publishing its full outside-catering cost structure rather than quoting on request. Venue rental runs $2,500 midweek to $8,000 on peak summer Saturdays — but peak Saturdays are the one slot outside catering can't be used for.
